  • Website Repair Overview: 
    • Assessment of fault
    • Troubleshooting relevant website technology for errors
    • Finding & implementing the fix/ resolution
    • Advising client on preventative measures going forward, if applicable
    • Implementing preventative measures, as required – *On client request
    • *Excludes: Website hack fix – *Find ‘Website Hacking Resolution (Hacked Website Fix @Hourly Rate)‘
      • If it’s not obvious when processing online quotation/ order, but we find your website has been hacked on further investigation, we will advise accordingly & the ‘website hack fix’ rate will be applicable on commencement of hacking resolution
  • Provide full details in the ‘comments/ requirements’ field for accurate quotation
    • On receipt of your quotation/ order, we will assess & provide an estimate on working hours required – *Final invoice will be as per actual working hours
    • Feedback will be provide if/when ‘estimate working hours’ have been reached & if more time is required to resolve the issue – *Any required/ extended working hours will only be undertaken on your approval
