Requirements From Customer:

  • New Accounts: Purchase cost of new Domain Name and/or web hosting package are for customer’s account (Excluded) – *Assistance can be provided, as required
  • Existing Accounts: User account details for host server etc. to be provided
  • Logos/ Branding: Provided in high res format – *Assistance can be provided, but may be at an additional fee depending on requirements
  • Primary Colours:  Preferred website colours to be confirmed
  • Theme/ Template: Selected theme purchase is for customer’s account (Excluded) – *Assistance can be provided, as required
  • Preferred Images: As owed by client or royalty free images for website use. Needs to be an adequate quality & resolution – *Assistance can be provided, but may be at an additional fee depending on requirements
  • Preferred Font: Client to confirm preferred font type, style & size for headers (H1-H6) & body of website
  • Content: Final drafts provided for copy & paste into relevant web pages (i.e. Provided in Word Doc) – *Copywriting assistance can be provided, but may be at an additional fee depending on requirements
  • Keywords: List of ‘search words’ for relevant industry – *Assistance can be provided, but may be at an additional fee depending on requirements
  • Documentation: All required documentation that needs to be added to the website should to be provided in the relevant formats – *Assistance can be provided, but may be at an additional fee depending on requirements
  • Social Media: Social media details for online integration
