Retailer + Reseller's Registration Process
Review the 4 easy steps for any online quotations or orders, as below –
Step #1: Sign Up to Create an Account
If you don’t already have a customer account, simply register your online account as per the button below.
Step #2: Application Form (Once-off)
Complete our online application form, with the required documentation and await your approval.
Step #3: Approval
Once you have received approval confirmation, please ensure final documentation has been forwarded onto us, as per the details in the application process. On receipt of all required information, we will add your account to our ‘wholesale’ (retailer/ resellers) group on our database. Thereafter, you will obtain discounted pricing for all online quotations and orders when logged into your account.
Step #4: Online Quotes + Orders
Please note, discounted/ resale pricing is only applicable for our online self-service (DIY solutions) – i.e. Quotes and orders processed online by you (only)!
If a manual quotation is required that needs to be processed on your behalf for items that are listed online ‘as standard’ (on this website), there will be no resale discount applied. There may also be an additional admin fee over and above our online price for manual quotations or orders. Therefore, manual processing for ‘standard listed’ items are usually not feasible for resale purposes. If the item in question is not a ‘standard listed’ item on our website, the admin fee will be waivered.
